HOW TO REDEEM:

• Visit www.easemytrip.com or open the EaseMyTrip app.
• Search and select your preferred holiday package.
• Enter your personal details and proceed to the Payment Page.
• Select Gift Voucher as the payment option.
• Enter the Gift Card Number and click Redeem Gift Card.
• Pay the remaining balance (if any) using other available payment methods.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Maximum 3 GV/GC can be used in a single transaction.
• GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer.
• GV/GC can be applied multiple times within the validity period till the balance gets exhausted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This is an EaseMyTrip Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) that is valid for booking holiday packages offline/online on the EaseMyTrip app or at www.easemytrip.com.
• GV/GC can be applied multiple times within the validity period until the balance is exhausted.
• A maximum of 3 GV/GCs can be used in a single transaction. The customer is requested to choose the denomination accordingly.
• The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
• The user has to apply/quote the unique GV/GC code at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (only if the package cost exceeds the GV/GC value).
• If a GV/GC is lost or stolen, EaseMyTrip/GyFTR will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
• The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by EaseMyTrip.
• If a purchase is less than the value of the GV/GC, then the customer can avail the discount up to the purchase value only. The balance amount will be available for use in future transactions.
• If a purchase is more than the value of the GV/GC, then the balance amount can be paid through any available payment modes like net banking, cards (debit/credit), or mobile wallets.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms and conditions of EaseMyTrip.
• EaseMyTrip is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request placement and the date of using the GV/GC during booking.
• The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash.
• In case of cancellations, the GV/GC amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded to the customer.
